Field Service Engineer
City: Hyderabad / Kolkata / Mumbai
We are looking for a technically skilled
Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced scientific instruments across India.
Instruments & Technologies:
- Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
- Grinding & Polishing Equipment
- Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)
- Thermal Analysis Systems (DSC) & Micro-CT Systems
- Surface Profilers
Key Responsibilities
- Site inspection and pre-installation support.
- Installation, calibration, and commissioning of instruments.
- Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Customer technical support and application assistance.
- Travel across India for service activities and customer support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in scientific/analytical instrumentation service.
- Strong troubleshooting and field service skills.
- Experience handling sophisticated instruments.
- Excellent Communication, Presentation & customer handling skills.
- Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related fields candidates with experience in academic, research, or industrial laboratory instrumentation are encouraged to apply.
